1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the offer of services provided by JML Media Life (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By contracting our services, the client (hereinafter “the Client”) accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the conditions, you must refrain from engaging our services.

2. Description of Services

The Company offers the following services:

• Graphic Design: Creation of visual identity for brands, including logos, corporate stationery, advertising material and digital design.
• Social Media Management: Management of profiles and content for social platforms, development of communication and marketing strategies in networks.
• Software Development: Design and development of customized technological solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency and optimize the operation of companies.
• Accounting: Financial advisory and accounting services, including the management of accounting records, financial reporting, and tax planning.

3. Obligations of the Company

The Company undertakes to:

• Provide the services described within the deadlines agreed with the Client, always with the best effort and in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information, in accordance with the Christian principles of honesty and mutual respect.
• Provide advice and support to the Client during the execution of the service, ensuring that it receives the necessary attention for the success of the project.

4. Obligations of the Client

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for the correct execution of the contracted services.
• Respect the agreed deadlines for the payment of services.
• Comply with applicable rules and regulations in your country or region.
• Not to use the services in a manner contrary to the law, morality and good customs, in accordance with the Christian values that guide the Company.

5. Fees and Payments

• The prices of the services will be defined in the individual contract with each Client, based on the complexity of the project and the services requested.
• The Client undertakes to pay the payments within the established deadlines. The Company may suspend or cancel the services in case of not receiving payment on time.
• All payments will be made in the currency agreed upon between both parties, and applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the Customer, as applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

• The intellectual property rights in the works performed (designs, software, content, etc.) will be transferred to the Client once the full payment for the services has been completed.
• The Company reserves the right to use the works made for promotional purposes, in portfolios or examples of its work, always respecting the confidentiality of the Client.

7. Modifications to the Services

• Any modification or change in the contracted services must be agreed between both parties in writing. The Company reserves the right to adjust timelines and rates in the event of significant changes in project requirements.

8. Cancellation of Services

• The Client may cancel the services at any time, but shall pay for the services already provided up to the time of cancellation.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel a contract if it is deemed that the Client is not complying with its obligations, including paying fees or respecting the ethical rules of the agreement.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• The Company undertakes to treat all data and information provided by the Client as confidential and not to share them with third parties, unless necessary for the performance of the services or required by law.

10. Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or any other damages arising as a result of the use of the services provided.
• The Client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the services provided and notifying any errors or inconsistencies within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws in the country where the Company is registered.
• Any disputes relating to the services will be resolved amicably between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration under local law.

12. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified to Clients prior to their application.
